    Crypto ETFs shed $1.29b as Bitcoin and Ether lead exits

    U.S. crypto ETFs tracked across Farside Investors’ Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Hyperliquid and Zcash tables recorded combined net outflows of $1.29 billion during Oct. 5–9, with Bitcoin and Ether funds accounting for most withdrawals.

    Farside Investors’ daily figures put combined Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF withdrawals at $1.22 billion for the five trading sessions. The other three tracked categories added $65.2 million in net outflows, leaving all five groups negative for the week.

    Calculated from those tables, the five categories had attracted a combined $29.2 million during Sept. 28–Oct. 2. Bitcoin’s earlier inflows had offset withdrawals elsewhere, but its reversal pushed the latest aggregate sharply into negative territory.

    Bitcoin ETFs lose $678.9 million despite Friday inflows

    Farside’s Bitcoin table recorded three negative sessions and two positive sessions during Oct. 5–9. Funds lost $89.8 million on Monday before attracting $118.8 million on Tuesday.

    Wednesday brought the largest daily withdrawal at $484.9 million, followed by another $244.1 million on Thursday. Friday’s $21.1 million inflow reduced the weekly loss to $678.9 million, compared with $241.1 million in inflows the previous week.

    At fund level, Fidelity’s FBTC led withdrawals with $380.3 million, followed by ARK 21Shares’ ARKB at $207.2 million. Bitwise’s BITB lost $45.3 million, while Grayscale’s GBTC shed $47.5 million.

    BlackRock’s IBIT finished marginally positive at $1.1 million. Monday and Tuesday inflows totaled $191.9 million, but Wednesday’s $207.7 million withdrawal erased that gain. Thursday brought a further $5.5 million exit before Friday added $22.4 million.

    Morgan Stanley’s MSBT gained $7.8 million, and Franklin Templeton’s EZBC added $4.7 million. Grayscale’s Bitcoin Mini Trust lost $11 million, while VanEck’s HODL finished $1.2 million lower.

    Ethereum ETFs record five straight days of withdrawals

    Farside’s Ethereum figures showed $542.2 million in weekly net outflows, up from $138.1 million during Sept. 28–Oct. 2. Every session in the latest reporting period ended negative.

    Monday’s $50.8 million withdrawal was followed by $201.9 million on Tuesday, the largest daily exit. Funds then lost $160.9 million on Wednesday, $72.5 million on Thursday and $56.1 million on Friday.

    BlackRock’s ETHA accounted for $477.1 million, or approximately 88% of the weekly total. Its Tuesday withdrawal matched the entire category’s $201.9 million outflow that day.

    Grayscale’s ETHE lost $31.9 million, while Fidelity’s FETH recorded $13.4 million in net withdrawals. Bitwise’s ETHW shed $5.9 million, and 21Shares’ TETH lost $7.5 million.

    VanEck’s ETHV and Invesco’s QETH posted respective exits of $3.7 million and $2 million. Grayscale’s Ethereum Mini Trust also lost $2 million.

    Morgan Stanley’s MSSE added $1.3 million on Thursday, making it the only Ethereum fund in the table with positive net flows for the week. BlackRock’s ETHB and Franklin Templeton’s EZET recorded no net flows.

    Solana ETFs shed $25 million across five negative sessions

    Farside’s Solana table showed withdrawals on every trading day, totaling $25 million. The previous week had ended with a much smaller $800,000 net inflow.

    Monday’s $9.2 million exit was the largest daily withdrawal. Tuesday recorded $3.7 million in outflows, followed by $4.8 million on Wednesday, $3.5 million on Thursday and $3.8 million on Friday.

    Bitwise’s BSOL accounted for $21 million in weekly withdrawals, with negative flows on four sessions. Farside recorded no net movement for the fund on Tuesday.

    The FSOL product lost $2.1 million on Monday, while Grayscale’s GSOL shed $3.7 million on Tuesday. Morgan Stanley’s MSOL partly offset those exits with $1.8 million in Thursday inflows.

    VSOL, TSOL and SOEZ recorded no net flows during the period. Farside’s cumulative total for the Solana category stood at approximately $1.58 billion after Friday’s session.

    Zcash and Hyperliquid funds add $40.2 million in exits

    Farside’s Zcash table recorded $30.8 million in weekly withdrawals from ZCSH. Monday brought a $3.6 million exit, Wednesday added $8.5 million, and Thursday recorded $18.7 million. Tuesday and Friday showed no net flows.

    The latest loss followed $77.6 million in withdrawals during Sept. 28–Oct. 2. Across the two five-session periods, the table therefore recorded combined redemptions of $108.4 million.

    Hyperliquid products lost $9.4 million during Oct. 5–9, reversing the previous week’s $3.4 million inflow, according to Farside’s separate table.

    THYP accounted for $12.4 million in withdrawals, split between $2.7 million on Monday and $9.7 million on Thursday. Tuesday’s inflows of $1 million into BHYP and $2 million into HYPG partly offset those redemptions. Wednesday and Friday recorded no net flows across the three products.
